Audemars Piguet Replica Watches was founded by Nick and Giles English. They wanted to manufacture mechanical watches in England and pay tribute to the rich history of military aviation. The brand was established in 2002 and its first watch debuted in 2007.
Nick and Giles, unlike most watchmakers, are both pilots. They learned to restore vintage motorbikes, old wartime planes, and watches from their father, who was a Royal Air Force pilot.
